Important Updates 2024

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are excited to begin gearing up for the 2024 baseball season! We offer online payments for registration. This allows you to finalize your registration without having to mail or deliver a payment at a later time. A small processing fee will be added to online payments.

Again this year, we are offering the option to purchase “fan” shirts. These shirts will be identical to the team your player is placed on. Each shirt is $15. Support your team and Warsaw Baseball all at the same time!

We will once again be a part of the Midwest Boys’ Baseball League. This will require some travel at levels above t-ball, but this will allow for more competitive play and a regular schedule. This does mean that we will once again be divided by grade level based on the current school year (2023/2024).

Advanced T-ball : Age 4 by May 1st through Kindergarten (younger players should plan to take adavantage of our free t-ball)
Machine Pitch : Grades 1 and 2
Minors : Grades 3 and 4
Intermediate : Grades 5 and 6

Advanced T-ball is $25 and all other divisions are $45. This covers jerseys, a hat, and insurance costs.

Additionally, we are requiring that for each student who plays, a parent or guardian must work the concession stand for a minimum of one game. The concessions allow us to cover additional costs incurred and keep our registration costs low. By registering your student to play, you are agreeing to do your part to help.

If you choose to pay by check, please mail payment to 225 Underwood St. | Warsaw, IL 62379 or payment can be dropped off in the mailbox at Warsaw Assembly of God, 650 Webster St. Please clearly mark the player you are paying for in the memo field. NO PLAYER WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Registration must be received by March 22 in order to guarantee a spot on a team. Late registrations from March 23-29 will be charged a $15 late fee. No registrations will be accepted after March 29.
